Art in Buenos Aires: Argentine and Latin American Paintings
We will visit three of Buenos Aires' finest museums (National Fine Arts Museum, Latin American Art Museum and Xul Solar Museum), where we'll have the opportunity to learn about the main tendencies of contemporary Argentine and Latin American art.

We'll first visit the National Fine Arts Museum, one of Latin America's principal museums, holding Argentina's largest collection. Then we'll visit the recently inaugurated Latin American Arts Museum (MALBA) which started a new era in Argentina's culture. F

inally, we'll visit Xul Solar's Museum, located in his former residence, and learn about the crucial role this pioneering artist played as an inspiration for many artistic tendencies that would later develop.
Raúl Soldi & Benito Quinquela Martín
Through this interesting itinerary we fully introduce ourselves in the life and artistic performance of Raúl Soldi, one of Argentina's main artists. His oils, lithography's and murals, resemble a world of delicate colors, accurate designs, and stylized figures.

We will first visit his famous mural painted in the Colon theatre's duome, were we will appreciate the harmony, which characterizes his figures, as well as his amazing selection of colors. We will then be transferred to Galería Santa Fé, were we will admire the duome which Soldi began painting in 1953.

The itinerary ends in the neighborhood of Glew, were we will visit Soldi's Foundation in which we will observe some of his master pieces and finally visiting Glew's Santa Ana's Church, in which Soldi painted some very impressive murals.

During the end of the XIX century, the neighborhood of La Boca, was a preferred settlement area for Italian immigrants. They brought with them their illusions, dreams and hopes as well as their own cultural traditions which they established in their new home, thus generating an identity which still prevails.

In this itinerary we invite you to discover the neighborhood of La Boca as well as the artistic work of Benito Quinquela Martín, the neighborhood's most renowned painter, and one of the main propagators of the immigrant culture.

His works of art reflect Port scenes and scenes from the shipping activities which took part in La Boca, and showing the harshness of life in La Boca during the first decades of the XIX century.
Florencio Molina Campos
His accurate drawings and every day life motifs, together with his ironic sense of humor expressed through his cartoons, make Florencio Molina Campos one of our most representative painters.

We propose a guided tour through the Florencio Molina Campos Museum, located in a XIX century residence, which houses some of his masterpieces. After the visit we will be transferred to a nearby estancia and enjoy a delicious asado.
