Tango Tour: Tango is a cultural porteño symbol - Tango lesson
Tango is undoubtedly one of the city's most emblematic symbols. That's why we offer a tour that will let you learn about this huge phenomenon that has crossed our borders and achieved enormous popularity all over the world, from France to the States to Japan.

We'll embark on a journey that traces the history of Tango back to its humble origins in the poor areas of town, following every stage of its development, from its silent arrival at the tenement houses to its conquering of Corrientes Avenue and its final apotheosis as the quintessential symbol of the city's culture. Additionally, you may choose to extend the tour by attending a Tango Show at a fine restaurant, where you'll taste a delicious meal and watch a superb spectacle.

We will attend to a tango lesson given by professional dancers. During the afternoon we'll start with our first tango lesson.

We'll live Buenos Aires by night, just like argentinians. The areas of Retiro (irish pubs), Costanera Norte (restaurants and discos), Palermo Viejo including the recents: Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood (fashionable boutiques with innovating designs, coffee houses and thematic, ethnic and new tendencies bars and restaurants), Las Cañitas (international and ethnic restaurants), without missing the traditional Corrientes Avenue (cinemas, theatres, shows), San Telmo (tango houses, bars AND ANTIQUARY), Puerto Madero (the most varied fancy restaurants) and Recoleta (coffe houses, boutiques, and restaurants located in the most traditional and distinguished part of town) with an explanation of their own differences and storys.
