Mendoza City Tour & The Wine Route
Breakfast at the Hotel. We will do a city tour around Mendoza's city. The tourist circuit of the city and their surroundings allow be in contact with a modern city, known by their trees, their wide sidewalks and their cleaning. This journey illustrates the history and culture of a village founded from more than four centuries.
In the afternoon we will begin the Wine Route. In this walk among vineyards, will be observed how the man's effort has become the desert to an oasis, with channels and canals - irrigation system inherited from the Huarpes - and nowadays with computerized watering by leak, allowing Argentina being one of the main wine producers of the world, with outstanding quality.
We will visit two cellars, where experts will explain us the elaboration process. Tasting. The visits include the famous Cellars: La Rural, López, Fabret Montmayou, Chandon, Norton, Lagarde, Viñas del Cerno, Flichman and others.

Mendoza - Chandon & Catena Zapata Cellars
Breakfast at the Hotel. Full day visiting two landmarks of the new industry in Vineyards located in Mendoza: Beginning for the famous CHANDON CELLARS and continuing for the renowned cellar CATENA ZAPATA whose architectural concept is homage to the art and the science of making wines.

High Mountain
Breakfast at the hotel. During the trip we can see the Potrerillos dike. 100 Kms (62 miles) away from the capital city we can find Uspallata, which is where the huarpe’s native occupation took place during the prehispanic era.
We’ll then visit the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas and Punta de Vacas, from where we may reach the famous village of Los Penitentes. Farther on, in Puente del Inca, 2.720 meters over sea level, Las Cuevas river has drilled the mountain forming this way a natural bridge from where thermal water emerges from the edge. Nearby we can find the Mountain Climbers Cemetery.
Close to the frontier, a wonderful natural viewpoint allows us to see the Aconcagua Hill in all it’s splendor. An unpaved road which starts at the International Route, allows entering the beautiful Horcones Lagoon and the Provincial Park of Aconcagua. If weather helps, we will be able to climb up to Cristo Redentor Monument, 4.200 meters up. |

Mendoza - Caracoles de Villavicencio
Breakfast at the Hotel. This road is the one the "Los Andes" Army used on their campaign to free Chile and Peru.
After visiting the "snail trail" we will arrive to Villavicencio where we will take a short walk and visit the chapel. Rest of the day remains free to enjoy the Hotel.

Mendoza - San Rafael & Atuel Canyon
Breakfast at the Hotel. After crossing the North Oasis and the Uco Valley, we approach to San Rafael's city, in the South of Mendoza.
There we will travel the beautiful landscapes of Villa 25 de Mayo, an old city head of the whole area, the views of the Galilean Vitale dikes, The Nihuil, The Big Valley and the beautiful Atuel Canyon.
There you could carry out a falling in inflatable rafts for the Atuel River. In San Rafael you could walk around this modern city, visiting the typical places.
Finally we'll go back to Mendoza's city.

San Juan
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Mendoza to San Juan by bus (166 km). We will do a great city tour around San Juan and surroundings, visiting Sarmiento`s natal house, the Cathedral, the auditorium, "Zonda", "Zonda wine cellar" where you could taste champagne, "Ullum dike", "Resort Bahia de las Tablas". |

San Juan - Big wine's route
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the "Segisa´s vineyards" cellar, which has a marvelous and antique construction, we will taste some refined/fine wines. Then we will visit the Organic vegetable garden "Anahata", which is a producer of wines and champagnes Miguel Mas, organics, tasting and a little journey to the vineyard's plantation.
Then we will visit "Fabril Alto Verde Cellar", which produces varietal and organic wines. We also will visit "Zonda wine cellar" which is a champagne producer, and is located above the mountain; we will finish the visit with a little champagne tasting. |

Fertile Valley and Moon Valley (Provincial Park of Ischigualasto)
Breakfast at the Hotel. Whole day trip to Fertile Valley and Moon Valley. Ischigualasto is an enormous paleontology deposit from the triassic period of the mesozoic era (about 250 million years). Because of the relief’s morphology it is best known as the Moon Valley.
Nature acted for years over the stones from the place, modeling huge natural sculptures, as a result of wind, rain and temperature erosion. The massifs were first eroded on their thinest layers, creating this way odd shapes. As an example, El Submarino, has one of the most popular shapes of the Park.

Valles Calingastinos & Barreal
Breakfast at the Hotel. We will visit the Guaņizul Ranch where we will be able to have free time to enjoy the charm and the magic of the place. We will make a country lunch. Then crossing Quebrada de las Burras, we will arrive to the Calingastinos Valleys and to the Barreal town. |

San Juan - Pampa El Leoncito
Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit Pampa El Leoncito, and the Astronomic Observatory Cesco. We will have some free time to do walkings, horse ridings or buy some souvenirs. Then we will return to San Juan.

Talampaya’s Canyon
Breakfast at the Hotel. Whole day trip to Talampaya’s Canyon. It has been declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Talampaya, is a complete sample of on of the less represented native ecosystems in the National System of Protected Natural Areas: the forest.
Along the Canyon of the Talampaya River, there are ancient carob woods, framed between large thick walls, almost 100 meters tall, that make the place unique. A thirteen meters long mural full of petroglifos, perhaps the biggest ever known, together with other ones on the place, represent a cultural heritage of an enormous value that should be protected forever, so as future generations may see them.
We can find in the area sedimentary deposits from the Permian period and the Triassic period plentiful of fossils, specially of great amphibians and reptiles. |

San Luis
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to bus Terminal in La Rioja. Bus to San Luis (320 km). Reception at the terminal in San Luis. City tour.
Excursion circuit "Serrano Grande", visiting the Puntano`s Town Independence Monument, the Funes cattle ranch, the Volcano, the Trapiche, and the Florida Dock.

San Luis - Sierra de las Quijadas National park
Breakfast at the Hotel. Full day trip to the Sierra de las Quijadas National Park. In their near 150.000 has, the Sierra de las Quijadas National Park frames a group of geologic formations in their surface with an antiquity from 100 to 120 million years.
The group of layers that compose the mountains has starting to rose from a pliablement happened 25 million years ago and it continues, in an imperceptible way, arising nowadays.
